Using the concept "Modern Flash", the GALAXY S5’s reinterpreted design applies modern colors to the Galaxy Series to express the individuality of consumers. Its modern contour is the precise combination of straight lines and elegant curves. The polished frame emphasizes the GALAXY S5’s outline while providing a comfortable grip that guards against external shocks.

The leather-like finish of the GALAXY Note 3 became a signature motif of the GALAXY series. Now, the S5 has evolved along with the changing demands of the discerning consumer to produce four metallic colored finishes: Charcoal Black, Shimmery White, Electric Blue and Copper Gold. The S5’s faint glossy finish and sheepskin feel exude the glittering energy of the city. Exquisite details complete the design of each phone. The white models have a white face, the gold phones are accentuated by a golden frame, and the black devices add depth to their dark exteriors by adding hints of dark grey.
A delicate perforated pattern is applied to the back panel and attached to the elegant frame. The small holes on the panel follow a visual rhythm, providing tactile pleasure to the fingertips when users touch the back of the phone. The S5’s unique cushioning materials deliver a reassuring give when held in the user’s hands. Combined with the perforated exterior and a material soft as sheepskin, the S5 provides a truly optimal grip.
Playful Experience, Popping colors.
The Galaxy S5 experience revolves around its "Brilliant" cut, which draws on the geometry and colors of a sparkling diamond to create a memorable beauty. GALAXY series has marked the first time in using graphic artwork as its default wallpaper, and S5 applied turquoise and emerald blue geometric shapes to deliver a vibrant, rich impact via its AMOLED screen.
An interactive bubble effect begins with the touch of a fingertip, transmitting a frisson of fun from the colorful touch screen to the user. The simple and intuitive interface features circular silhouettes applied to application icons and function buttons, giving it an approachable and intuitive feel.
