Strengthening Design Leadership with a Chief Design Officer

In 2025, Samsung Electronics appointed Mauro Porcini as President and Chief Design Officer (CDO), reinforcing its commitment to design-driven innovation. With his extensive global experience, Porcini advanced Samsung Design’s human-centered approach and strengthened its strategic role in shaping meaningful products and experiences.

Prior to joining Samsung, Porcini led global design organizations at leading companies and was recognized as a leader in design innovation. His appointment marked a significant step in enhancing Samsung Design’s capabilities across all business areas, including mobile, TV, and home appliances.
