UX Researcher propose a better experience for Samsung Electronics products and services by identifying areas of experience for potential users, viewing them from various perspectives, and deriving ideas for improvement. By designing and executing research on users suitable for products and services, we identify specific user needs and factors that deter satisfaction. Examining products and services of the same industry while basing them on cultural and social aspects is necessary for designing and analyzing research.
Through this process, the analyzed data is shared to inform products or services in development and lead to improvement. A UX researcher collaborates with various fields including all forms of design, marketing, and development, ultimately maturing into an experience analysis expert who can propose integrated solutions.

I mainly identify and evaluate product and service UX from various perspectives to find and reflect improvements. From product planning to launch, we participate in evaluation and listen to user opinions. I oversee analyzing and improving the UX of mobile products such as phones, tablets, and PCs.
There are many engineering majors, such as electrical, computer, mechanical, and industrial. There are also many HCI, ergonomics, and psychology majors.
I recently participated in a project to develop an experience evaluation system. This system analyzes and systematically evaluates the core user experience of mobile products. Since there were many surveys focused on our apps, we were not able to investigate third-party apps and significant experiences. Through this project, I was able to establish a way to view and evaluate user experience. This was an opportunity to stick to the basics once again.
Basically, someone with flexible thinking and analytical skills based on people-centered thoughts. A deep understanding of people is crucial. When encountering difficulties, you can overcome them through care and affection of consumers.
The ability to communicate with other departments. Since we frequently collaborate with interaction designers and software engineers, basic knowledge and understanding of other work are essential. As a global company, we also collaborate with departments abroad. Global consumers must be well-understood because overseas user research is also frequently conducted.
